Paris Fashion week kicked off yesterday and we are excited about some of the designs so far. Below are some of favourite our ready-to-wear runway shows:
Gareth Pugh: Gave us all things gothic, alien and futuristic with hard lines and ribbed leather, surprisingly enough there was also a bit of soft, sheer fabric which created balance for the edginess that his designs or so well known for.
Nicolas Andreas Taralis: This runway show was all about the sheer/see though materials and thigh high boots. Looks like we're going from lingerie as underwear this spring, to sheer clothing and no underwear in the fall.
Balenciaga: Continued the trend of hard geometric patterns on leather and a lot of foamed filled jackets with and astronaut filled design called cosmonaut.
