Kerry Hilson premiered her new music video for "Pretty Girl Rock" yesterday on BET's 106 and Park. In the video she pays homage to beautiful and talented entertainers from the past to the present including Josephine Baker, Dorothy Dandridge, Lena Horne, Diana Ross, Donna Summers, Janet Jackson, and TLC.
Kerry's take on "Pretty Girl Rock" is that "...it's not meant to be a vain record. I want everybody to feel like they can do the 'Pretty Girl Rock'. It's like the hair brush in the mirror, don't hate me 'cause I'm beautiful, 'cause you are. Everybody is beautiful."
"Pretty Girl Rock" is the second single of her new album "No Boys Allowed" in stores December 21st. Check out the video below.
