Celebrity Designers and Celebrities for a Cause at NY Fashion Week
NY Fashion Week has kicked off and aside from the renowned and up and coming fashion designers we so admire. There were also Celebrity Designers such as Gwen Steffani & Celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Joan Collins championing a charitable cause.

The Heart Truth Red Dress Fashion show at New York's Bryant Park
Kim Kardashian and Joan Collins were joined by celebrities including Desperate Housewives star Felicity Huffman, American Idol winner Jordin Sparks, Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth, actress Raven-Symone, model Heidi Klum, and singer Estelle.
They all wore red dresses created by America's top designers including Zac Posen and Badgley Mischka. The runway show raises awareness for Women's Heart Disease.
