Miss USA 2010 is Arab-American Rima Fakih!
The winner of the Miss USA Pageant 2010 Arab-American Rima Fakih was crowned last night at the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino Performing Arts Theater in Las Vegas. Miss Michigan USA Rima Fakih was born Born in Lebonon and moved to the United States as a baby with her parents.
As with every beauty pageant there is some controversy surrounding Fakih's win, she stumbled and nearly tripped on the train of her long, strapless gown during the evening-wear portion of the competition. The Miss USA Runner-Up Miss Oklahoma was apparently doomed from receiving the title because she supports the very controversial Arizona Immigration Law. "Looks like the Miss USA pageant didn't want to risk the wrath of the open-borders mob," wrote conservative blogger Michelle Malkin.
